Syllabus

Overview
Performance Class is a required part of undergraduate Practical Studies at the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music. Held every Friday from 1.15-3.15pm in Hanson Dyer Hall, Performance Class offers the opportunity to perform repertoire on stage for an audience, before receiving live feedback from a member of the MCM Performance Staff team.

Performing
Students are invited to fill out the application to perform as many times as they would like each semester. Filling out an application does not guarantee that you will be invited to perform. Performance opportunities are given on a first-come/first-serve basis.

Attendance & Participation
Performance
Attendance to 8 classes per semester of Performance Class (Friday) OR, Non-enrolled 100% participation in a major ensemble (or approved elective) as assigned by Head of Area. Performance Class attendance is taken using a weekly sign-on roll
