• I am applying to perform, and this does not guarantee that I will be chosen
• While applications will be primarily considered on a first-come/first-serve basis, students who have not had an opportunity to perform will be given preference over those who have already performed multiple times
• By submitting this form, I am committing myself to perform; I may not withdraw my application or ask to change repertoire/personnel
• Should I not turn up for a performance, an email will be sent to my private lesson instructor, the head of my instrumental area, and the Head of Performance Studies
• Certification from an appropriate professional must be provided should I be unable to perform due to an injury, illness, or emergency
• The cancellation of a performance without legitimate explanation will result in me being barred from performing in class for the remainder of the semester
• My name and program information will be viewable to the public on the Performance Class website
• I must contact any collaborative musicians (including accompanists) myself
• Should I use the rostered weekly pianist, MCM will pay that person for a rehearsal and the performance; should I use another pianist (even one on the MCM accompanist list), I am responsible for payment
• I am responsible for setting up researsal time with my collaborative musicians
• I understand that the class will be video recorded and sent to me
