The poem of the first song \\\'Montparnasse\\\' is from the point of view of a slightly mocking observer, describing the sight of a \\\'German lyric poet who wants to get to know Paris\\\'. He is \\\'a little stupid and too blonde\\\', with eyes that \\\'resemble two big balloons that fly in the pure air into adventure\\\'.
